We passed by the Cardiff City Hall and saw many people taking photos and relaxing under the sun. We love the atmosphere.
The blue sky and a bed of green grass, totally ideal for photo shooting.
We were shopping in St Davids Centre and thought that we would drop by Druckers for our lunch.
Druckers offers a wide variety of wedding, celebration and special occasion cakes for many years. Orders can be made online. The cakes on display always look attractive, perhaps we would try them out at some special occasion next time.
This is the display of their savoury and patisserie, it can be hard to make a decision when everything appealed to us!
The environment of the restaurant. The upper floor of the café is usually quieter than the ground floor. We would prefer to sit here for a quiet lunch, and also more convenient for photo shooting.
We had a lunchtime special which includes a Panini with salad garnish, coleslaw and a choice of J2O or soft drinks at a price of £5.75. We had a bacon, cheese and mushroom Panini and an orange and passion fruit J2O. The Panini was served warm, it tasted fantastic. Bacon, cheese and mushroom made a great combination at all time, it was juicy and delicious. The salad was good too. However, we find it quite strange because we weren’t served with the coleslaw.
We also had an all day breakfast roll priced at £3.50. We love this too. This egg mayonnaise, Cumberland sausage, crispy bacon and tomato rustic roll tasted simple and nice.This would be a nice place for breakfast, lunch or tea. The environment is nice and the food is good. Perhaps we would try their ice-cream or patisserie out next time. Their cheesecakes and raspberry tart really appeal to us.
